2022 has been a year filled with unmissable events and significant changes for the Rousso Group family business. Despite its years of experience and its history, our team has grown and leaned towards innovation. These years of work have enabled Groupe Rousso to acquire expertise in related fields. As a result, the company was able to diversify and expand its service offering through a new division, Rousso A/C & Thermopompes. The meticulous realization of this project allows Groupe Rousso to continue its maintenance and microbiological cleaning work for its commercial and residential customers throughout the changes. In addition, the new division completes the services offered by Groupe Rousso in order to better serve its customers.

Groupe Rousso is the parent organization that has existed for more than 50 years. Given the volume of requests received by Rousso Group for the purchase and installation of heating and air conditioning systems in recent years, the company wanted to expand its service offering in order to better its mission. By diversifying its activities, Groupe Rousso could offer a 100% turnkey service in order to provide peace of mind to its customers. To do so, the project for the new Rousso A/C & Heat pumps division was started. Maintaining the same family spirit as the parent company, it was the son of Mr. Louis Lemoine, CEO of Groupe Rousso, who undertook the project. By the same token, Mathieu Lemoine became the General Manager of this expanding division.

Having the same aspirations as the rest of the company, Rousso A/C & Thermopompes offers reliable air conditioning products from all ranges. This division offers a personalized service by analyzing the needs of each of its customers before proposing the installation of a specific product. Aiming for a 100% turnkey service, experts will take care of the installation of the system according to a schedule chosen by the customer. 

The expertise that the company has built up over the years allows Rousso A/C & Thermopompes to offer a 10-year warranty on parts and labor to its customers. This way, they will have peace of mind for the next few years after installation.

Finally, the maintenance of the products installed by Rousso A/C & Thermopompes can be carried out by the cleaning experts of Groupe Rousso. As a result, the two divisions of the company complement each other completely.
