Central ventilation system for common areas
- Risk: Allergies, health problems, sneezing, etc.
- Fréquence recommandé : 7 ans.
Three exhaust ducts (dryer, kitchen hood, bathroom exhaust)
- Risk: Fires (dryer), odor (kitchen hood), moisture mold (exhausts)
- Fréquence recommandé : 3 ans.
Wall-mounted air conditioning (mini split) and/or PTAC
- Risk: Damage (flooding caused by equipment drains).
- Fréquence recommandé : 2 ans.
