Central ventilation system for common areas

  • Risk: Allergies, health problems, sneezing, etc.
  • Recommended frequency: 7 years.

Three exhaust ducts (dryer, kitchen hood, bathroom exhaust)

  • Risk: Fires (dryer), odor (kitchen hood), moisture mold (exhausts)
  • Recommended frequency: 3 years.

Wall-mounted air conditioning (mini split) and/or PTAC

  • Risk: Damage (flooding caused by equipment drains).
  • Recommended frequency: 2 years.
